These terms cover your use of Keepsake, operated by Omar Aboelazm trading as Krafthaus. By creating an event or joining one, you agree to them.
You need an account to create an event. Joining an event as a guest needs no account — only the invite link or QR code and a name. You are responsible for what you upload, and for keeping your account details secure.
You keep ownership of the photos you take. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your photos, and to show them to the organizer and the other guests of that event according to the settings the organizer chose. We do not use your photos to promote Keepsake, and we do not license them to anyone.
You decide who can see the gallery and when it reveals. You are responsible for having the agreement of your guests to photograph them and to share those photos within the event, and for complying with any local rules about photography at your venue. Deleting an event permanently deletes its photos for everyone, and does not entitle you to a refund.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, that harasses or endangers anyone, that is sexual content involving minors, or that you have no right to share. Do not attempt to reach photos from events you were not invited to, interfere with the service, or circumvent shot limits. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
We work to keep Keepsake running and your photos safe, but the service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and you should not rely on Keepsake as the only copy of photos that matter to you. Save anything irreplaceable to your own device.
Where an event tier is paid, the price is shown before you create the event. Prices are in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise. Because an event becomes usable immediately, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
You can stop using Keepsake at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@krafthaus.io. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Keepsake after a change means you accept the updated terms.
